This is Frosty who is taking a break before winning at the Deleware Dog show.
He is owned by Peggy from Ohio who helped me scale down my bows to work with a Maltese. It took me two tries to get these patriotic bows scaled down.
It also got my creativity rolling and I managed to create a mini version of my double bow just for a Maltese. I lost count at how many tries that double took me..hehe
